This wine is dry and velvety on the palate, it is pleasant. The second fermentation in January, on Amarone skins, gives it more structure and aromas of ripe fruit and delicate spices, as well as body and balance on the palate.
Its pleasant structure makes it perfect when paired with cold cuts, meat-based first courses, as well as mushroom-based ones, grilled or roasted meats. It goes well with medium-aged cheeses. To be served at 18°C.

Corvinone between 20% and 30%
Rondinella between 5% and 30%
